Processing and Delivery

Stock items are typically shipped from our warehouses within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times are specified on all quotations, and we provide several options, including Next Day Delivery to many locations. We also offer time-definite and Saturday deliveries to meet your requirements. Once your item(s) have been shipped, we will send you a Shipment Notification email containing the carrier's name and a tracking number with a link to their website, allowing you to track your package.

Express Delivery

Arrange Your Own Shipping

If you prefer to arrange your own shipping, you have the option to do so. However, please note that there may be a charge for packing and handling. To use your own shipping company, please contact our sales team with your account details and the desired service level, and we will assist you accordingly. It is important to highlight that we do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage during transit if you choose your own carrier. It is your responsibility to resolve any issues directly with your shipping company.

Local Customs Charges

Please be aware that any charges related to the import of goods into your country, such as local taxes and customs duties, are your responsibility. We do not accept responsibility or liability for these charges. It is crucial that you comply with the requirements and regulations of your country regarding customs fees.

Order Status and Issues

• Missing or Delayed Order: Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days from the receipt of payment, depending on the chosen delivery option. In case of a delay or longer delivery time, we will notify you promptly. If you believe your item has been lost or delayed, please contact us for further assistance.
• Item Temporarily Out of Stock: If an item is temporarily out of stock but we expect to receive new stock within a reasonable time, we will hold your order and dispatch the item as soon as it becomes available.
• Item Unavailable: In the event that an item becomes unavailable or is discontinued by the manufacturer, rendering us unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you promptly. If we are unable to provide a suitable alternative or fulfill your order, we will issue an immediate refund if your payment has already been processed.
• Payment Declined or Not Received: If we encounter any issues processing your payment, we will contact you to provide details and request that you update your card or bank information in your account as necessary.

Time Frame: 
Rest assured, we offer a generous 30-days technical warranty from the date of product delivery. If you encounter any technical or functionality issues during this period, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. 

Return & Refund Terms: 
To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be in the same condition as received and should be in secured packaging. 

Once you're eligible for a return or refund, we will promptly replace the product with the same item if it's available in our stock. In the rare event of unavailability of replacement, we will gladly accept the return of the shipment for refund. 

Credit Note: 
We care about convenience, so if preferred an alternative to a refund, we can issue a credit note for the same value which can be utilized for future purchase with us. 

Eligibility Criteria for Return or Refund: 

• Non-functional product received
• Un-informed cosmetic or minor damages (including damage during transit)
• Product misplaced in transit 

Proof of Purchase: 
Reference such as Invoice/Proforma Invoice /Purchase order would be advisable to share while reporting the concern. 

Refunds Process: 
Post receipt of the product and inspection from concerned team, refund initiation will be done followed by an official email notifying the transaction copy of the refund. 

Approved Refunds: 
If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed and credited to your original method of payment or credit card within a specific timeframe. For exact details, please refer to our Payment Terms. 

Late or Missing Refunds: 
If you haven't received your refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account first. Keeping in mind that it might take some time for the refund to be officially posted, and contacting your bank could help resolve any processing delays.

Exchange/Replacement:

Shipping Information: 
To return your product, kindly mail it to the address mentioned above. Please note that Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. 

If a refund is processed, the shipping cost to process the order initially will be deducted from the refund amount.
