Stock items are typically shipped from our warehouses within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times are specified on all quotations, and we provide several options, including Next Day Delivery to many locations. We also offer time-definite and Saturday deliveries to meet your requirements. Once your item(s) have been shipped, we will send you a Shipment Notification email containing the carrier's name and a tracking number with a link to their website, allowing you to track your package.

Order Status and Issues

• Missing or Delayed Order: Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days from the receipt of payment, depending on the chosen delivery option. • Item Temporarily Out of Stock: If an item is temporarily out of stock but we expect to receive new stock within a reasonable time, we will hold your order and dispatch the item as soon as it becomes available.

Time Frame: 
Rest assured, we offer a generous 30-days technical warranty from the date of product delivery. If you encounter any technical or functionality issues during this period, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. 

Return & Refund Terms: 
To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be in the same condition as received and should be in secured packaging. 

Once you're eligible for a return or refund, we will promptly replace the product with the same item if it's available in our stock. In the rare event of unavailability of replacement, we will gladly accept the return of the shipment for refund. 

Credit Note: 
We care about convenience, so if preferred an alternative to a refund, we can issue a credit note for the same value which can be utilized for future purchase with us. 

Eligibility Criteria for Return or Refund: 

• Non-functional product received
• Un-informed cosmetic or minor damages (including damage during transit)
• Product misplaced in transit 

Proof of Purchase:

Shipping Information: 
To return your product, kindly mail it to the address mentioned above. Please note that Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. 

If a refund is processed, the shipping cost to process the order initially will be deducted from the refund amount.
